What do we do?
We make a difference to the lives of victims of violent crime. In our customer-facing roles, you’ll work closely with victims and their families, the police, and medical and legal teams, gathering evidence to make informed decisions on compensation payments. The cases we work on range from straightforward to complex, some of which may involve sexual assault, fatalities or terrorism. Our roles are extremely rewarding and you’ll be offered comprehensive training and plenty of opportunities to build a career in a diverse and inclusive environment.
